The workshop will be held in Kearns, Utah at the home of Becca Evenson. (We will e-mail you the exact address when you register)

(Your spouse is welcome for no additional charge. )

Friday Night

Learn to identify your learning style and your child's. Understand the stages of learning and how personality styles influence learning situation. Gain insight about the people in your household that will help you teach more effectively, communicate with less frustration and actually save money. Meeting the needs of your family members is do-able and can be less
stressful than you think. Learn how in this training we call

We strongly encourage you to bring your spouse for the Friday night segment of this training. Your spouse may attend free with you registration.

Saturday

Become empowered in spite of your feelings of inadequacy as you and your children pursue a classical education. Help them learn to be secure in who they are as you take this educational journey together. Give them the tools they need to become an adult who can go and do the things they will need to.

  • Identify effective resources to use with your children for each academic subject.
  • Visit with a College Admissions Director, and Becca's homeschooled college graduate. Bring your questions.
  • Learn how to initiate literature analysis with your pre-teen students.
  • Practice the basics of curriculum planning and organization. (Come play in Becca's stuff.)
  • Discover new ways to teach your children without spending a fortune
